SAFETY GUIDELINES

• Our feline friends come equipped with teeth and claws, and they’re certainly not afraid to use them! Kindly note that you’re engaging with our cats at your own discretion.

• To better understand their body language and behavior, we encourage you to pick up our “How to Speak ‘Cat’” booklet or consult our staff for some ‘cat whisperer’ tips!

• Upon entering the cat lounge, all customers are kindly required to wash their hands. For added safety, hand sanitizers are conveniently placed throughout the lounge area.

• Please refrain from feeding the cats or leaving food unattended. Our curious cats might swipe your food, but certain foods could be harmful to them.

• While our cats love human company, they might not all be fans of being picked up. Remember, they’re the bosses here – if they decide to hop onto your lap, that’s their choice!

• If a cat is in deep slumber, let it snooze in peace. For those seeking more active interactions, mornings are ideal as our cats tend to be livelier then.

• Capture the moment without startling them by turning off your camera flash. The space boasts ample natural light to make your photos purrfect. Feel free to snap away and share on social media: @whitecatcafe

• A hushed environment awaits your entry, so please use your indoor voice. To maintain the serene atmosphere, we kindly ask that you refrain from running within the lounge.

• It’s a cat’s world here, and they have the freedom to roam as they please. Please avoid holding them down or restricting their movement.

• Kindness and respect go a long way. Our feline residents deserve the same courtesy and consideration you’d extend to any person.

• For the safety of both children and cats, parents must supervise their little ones at all times. Children aged 5 to 10 require an accompanying adult (with a maximum of two children per adult). We regret to inform you that children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the cat lounge.
